Classic modular walls are multilayered, based on a dry timber frame (beam size 100×100 mm or 100×150 mm for northern regions).
Insulation
The cavity between studs is filled with high-density insulation.
OSB Layer
Exterior walls are sheathed with 15 mm OSB boards.
Basalt Wool Layer
A 50 mm thick layer with density ≥100 kg/m³ — resistant to moisture and external conditions.
First Sheathing Layer
Protective Vapor Membrane
Second Sheathing Layer (placed perpendicular to the first one)
